The D'Sens, restaurant of the Pourcel brothers, welcomes Le Crocodile.

Alsatian chef Philippe Bohrer, owner of the Crocodile restaurant in Strasbourg, was invited to spend a gourmet week at Dusit Thani in Bangkok, a 5***** hotel resort, more specifically by the D'Sens, the French restaurant of the Pourcel brothers.   From July 4^th to 10^th, customers enjoyed an ephemeral menu, signature dishes reinterpreted, redesigned and lightened to meet the taste of Thai people.

Julien Lavigne, chef of D'Sens, was thrilled to spend some time with another chef to elaborate French cuisine with, in respect of tradition and modernity, and to serve it at the gourmet tables of Dusit Thani.

Save the date: first week of November, Jacques & Laurent Pourcel will be in Bangkok to launch a "France" Festival that will last for a week and will present the best of France in fashion, design, cuisine and great wines and champagne...Lots of surprises to come, but we will tell you more in the coming months.
