SIDACTION DAY
June 9th. How to show solidarity while being a gourmet? All the restaurants of the Pourcel group took part in that generous charity day and donated 10% of takings to the association.
Berlin, a restless capital city, crazily trendy and energetic, a city of art.
The former capital city of GDR, brilliantly filmed by Wim Wenders in "Wings of Desire" lives life to the fullest, makes up for lost time and hosts the CIR on June 16th and 17th.
Jacques Pourcel takes part in the 9th International Convention for Foodservice Concepts, which gathers all the major international actors of private, hotel and concession food services.
The 2011 edition in Berlin is an exceptional event that combines decoding of trends, presentations of concepts, business meetings and conviviality moments, all in two days.
